CODE OF ETHICS

Our Code of Ethics is based on the definition of "Character" described in our Quality Statement ("We are honest and ethical people...") The code is a collection of practices that reflect workplace values. It's a guideline for how we do business. It serves as an "internal compass" that helps Britt personnel recognize ethical limits and avoid ethical conflicts

It enables all our coworkers to be part of our legacy of workplace ethics. It's a legacy that goes much further than the law requires.
